For several summers, fleas with a tick here and there, were my dogs worst nightmare.
Not only is she allergic to bug bites; she is also allergic to the widely used preventatives that are
available.
Thanks to some great information given at our vets office (see links above), I decided to try a new
combination of chemical free products. This spring Bella started wearing an electronic flea collar
along with using organic Buck Mountain Parasite dust for animals. The collar works with a pulsing
sound that fleas must despise. The organic dust contains, Neem, Yarrow, and diatom flour. I put a
small amount along Bella's back once a week.
So far we have not seen one tick or flea. She is not scratching at her skin, biting at her fur,
breaking out in a rash, Nada, zip, nothing! We are very happy with the results.
In addition to this combination are a healthy diet, daily exercise, and plenty of fun! This
combination seems to work for us so hopefully some of this information may help you and your
pets.
